From the 19th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in downtown Houston we caught the amazing views of the skyline as the backdrop for the beginning of Christopher & Alexandria’s amazing Julia Ideson wedding day! Allie and her bridesmaids were a fun group filled with laughter, excitement and emotions throughout each moment…especially when she was getting into her classical Monique Lhuillier wedding gown. While we were documenting Chris as he got into his Tuxedo from Suit Supply the couple’s guests of honor Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and US Representative Al Green stopped in for some candid photographs with the Groom. Their ceremony was such a timeless beauty as Chris watched Allie coming towards him!! After the ceremony we captured the fun & formal moments of the wedding party with one of the many highlights being their vintage photograph in the courtyard of the Julia Ideson Building which opened in 1926. From reception was an unforgettable gala with Teresa Band making beautiful tunes as the guests danced and enjoyed the evening! Their wedding day finished off with an exit through the Julia Ideson courtyard with lights raised above the courtyard as their guests waved white ribbons and the couple shared a kiss before speeding off in their vintage White Rolls Royce.
