It’s a great storytelling opportunity when you go on a vacation with great friends to a location with a great artsy vibe such as Marfa Texas. Founded in the early 1880’s this small town located in the West Texas deserts in filled with history. We stayed at a beautiful AirBnB home located in Alpine Texas which was filled with light and where we had a fantastic view of mountains decorating the surrounds. When we arrived in Marfa after grabbing breakfast at a location called Bun’s N Roses we went to visit The Chinati Foundation and some of the nearby Indian Teepees. Next we went to downtown Marfa and walked around their town fair stopping by the Hotel Saint George and Hotel Paisano. The last part of that section of the day was going to the Prada Marfa store which interestingly enough is actually located in Valentine, Texas.
